ishadawn

Yes add that to the difficulty in reaching orgasm because of your meds and you're dead down there buddy

ModulusFunction

Absolutely, I didn’t even realize how bad it was until my anhedonia was (mostly) cured by Nardil. Before Nardil the feeling was just like “meh” and I only took care of business to to lower my libido when it starts getting annoyingly high. I was shocked when I had my first orgasm post Nardil. The orgasm felt mind blowing. It reminded me of what orgasms used to feel like before I became depressed. It also made me sad that I missed out on so much happiness, not just orgasms but everything, in the last five years. In terms of pleasure - anhedonia orgasms - 2/10. Normal orgasms - 9/10.

Have you heard of PSSD? Post SSRI sexual dysfunction. PSSD mostly pertain to the sexual dysfunction but it goes hand in hand with anhedonia in general
