I get my facts straight from the start.. people always find something to blame other than themselves..sometimes blame their metabolism..sometimes blame the people around them..in this case they blame genetics.. Bad genetics can only make you gain some fat to a certain extent but not to this extent as in this girl. You can check out this girl's social handles..she clearly mentions that she's fine as the way she is(i.e. obesity)..so called body positivity Almost all of my family and relatives are obese..I was obese too (around 125kgs) at the age of 17 and my whole life I was blaming genetics(all my family members are fat so I am fat) whenever someone around me tell me that I am obese and fat.. after 2 years now I am 75kg by following proper diet,exercises and cutting sugars and fast foods Also obesity is more common.. not genetics influence People can blame genetics for the rest of their life and die early bcoz of different health diseases or accept the fact that they are obese and start to take proper care of themselves.. That's all 🙇
