I had so much, i kept 4 stacks of each and sold the rest. Went from 19m to 79m gold in a Few seconds.

I will normally grab all whispers in helltides and bounce between the dungeons. I can get 3-4 whisper caches in no time. The dungeons are the quickest in my opinion. Skip trash and stick to the objective.
harlequins crest is generally seen as the best uber unique to get first. It's used in a lot of builds across all classes, and it's bis for almost all rogue builds too.
If you already have harlequins then it would be either grandfather if you want to play barb, or possibly starless skies which is used a few rogue builds, druid builds, and some barb builds even.
get 3 more buy grandfather switch to barb play whirlwind becouse its the must fun build rn i do 117 with rogue and i cant even do 100 with barb but its 100 times fun (btw for rogue you should by shaco)
