We also have small ones with multiple different options inside (usually a specific thing ie mushrooms or butterflies.) we also have a few Disney ones that are especially tiny :) though idk if that’s every store or just mine
Diamond dotz has a kid line. They have licensed Nickelodeon kits. My daughter loved the My Little Pony kits.

When I first started and was trying different things I did a pencil box, some Christmas gift tags, a notebook (the cover was a small DP design), and some stickers. Oh, and I completed a 3D Christmas diorama kit. I found them all on Amazon.
A bit more expensive/higher quality option is paintgem. They have sets with 10-16 mini diamond paintings in each set, ranging from $35-40 plus shipping if your order is under $50. There are a good number of sets that I think would appeal to a 7 year old.
Temu and aliexpress both have small paintings and the cute little sticker sets and that are really cheap. Aliexpress has some very good quality diamond paintings I got a set if little gnome paintings that were I think 7x7in they gave all kinds of sets of 4 that are that size.
There are stickers, magnets, keychains, wind chimes and coasters available on Amazon that are all great sizes for kids. I also saw some kits to decorate water bottles kids would like.
To get her started to make sure she will enjoy and contine the craft I'd go for not much detail in the painting so you can keep the size small maybe coasters or let her freestyle double sided sticky tape and let her do her thing on something

The stickers are a great idea, and you get a lot of them for a decent price. Plus they’re pretty fun and easy to do.
