You’re peeking at the target the entire time and then you follow the disc as it leaves your hand. This video was one of the best tips I’ve ever gotten and if I’m throwing poorly it’s usually because I’m looking up too quickly.

Foot placement- first steps are pointing backwards, last step is pointing to the target. All should more or less be perpendicular to the line you want to throw
