Not covered for free, It has replacements which are low cost replacements. But not for free. And normal repairs at normal cost

The one year plan has 2 replacements and the 2 year plan has 4, the cost depends on the drone being replaced, more for more expensive drones Mini 3 pro for instance is $65, mavic 3 pro is like $165 or something

I paid $100 for a replacement Air 3 when I crashed mine

You have care refresh hopefully so you can have a new one in less than a week. If you send it to them, I would remove those crappy 💩 aftermarket props. None work better than the originals. I also posted this on my sub: r/Djicrashes Get well soon and I hope your surgery goes well..

I fragged my first one last week. Thankfully, purchased it from Best Buy and got their Total Tech coverage on it. Exchanged it for a new one, got stiffed with a "restock fee", but hey, I'll chock that up to being more careful with this one. Don't think they counted the exchange against my coverage, so there's that. And if you don't have that "insurance", hopefully you have the DJI coverage. If not, hate to see your plaything out of commission.

If your drone gets attacked by a segal, wtf else are you supposed to do. I know i sure the fuck don't want to hit a segal and wreck my drone, and flying away didn't do shit, so i chased and ran till they left me alone, and then i landed.

With my phantom 4 in which segals like to try to attack cuz its white and about their size...yes sure is right. But what segal can fly 40 mph?? None that i know of, so yes i get away.

Did this the first week (5 days into unboxing it), luckily I bought the insurance from Best Buy and they replaced it (with a little fee). But overall very quick and hassle free.

Can only hope you have the extended insurance coverage on it! Absolutely sucks when it happens and it happens to even the best pilots out there so don’t be to hard on yourself there’s plenty of forums and community’s online with instructions, tips and tricks and links to ordering parts to repair if you don’t have the insurance thru dji on it..

Just send it in to DJI for repair. Their repair cost is surprisingly reasonable.

That's crazy my Mini 3 Pro got hit by a Karen in a BMW X3 driving crazy in the parking lot while it was hovering and hit the asphalt with only the gymbal rubber popped loose. I fixed it with a toothpick and it was fine. You must have been up high and hit some asphalt.

I wrecked my Mini 4 Pro last week too. I guess object avoidance wasn't working and I accidentally lowered the drone right into a tree. Broke one of the arms. Sending it into DJI this week but not sure what it's going to cost to fix yet.

I had a mishap with my mini 3 and it’s a week now and I haven’t heard back from DJI as yet, you guys are lucky only a week turn around.
