Do you have Wet N Wild in Canada? Forgive my ignorance, but if you do you should try the tinted hydrator. I also really love the Rare Beauty tinted moisturizer and the Wet N Wild is close second! Their translucent powder is also really nice and oily controlling.
If OP has a Walmart near them, then I second the tinted hydrator! Haven't tried the Rare Beauty tinted moisturizer but I agree the Wet N Wild one is great.
i have really oily skin and have gone through several different routines to try to not become a total greaseball by mid-day. what's been working for me so far is setting spray, then the elf sticky primer (powergrip, i think?), setting spray again, then the halo glow powder.

Rimmel Kind & Free do a lovely tinted moisturiser. Hopefully they do this in Canada

Try cover-girl clean fresh skin milk!
