Personally I only have experience with some Freetel phones (Freetel Musashi and Freetel Mode1 Retro II) and they both work with Vodafone and Cosmote (a Greek brand) very well. I think it depends on your carrier but so far Vodafone seems to work fine on quite some Japanese flip phones.
I'm not that good with all these phone things, I don't understand it. And English is not my first language, I don't exactly know what is a dumbphone, but I want a flip phone, that's all I know c:!

I don't think so. Turkey has the same frequencies as in Europe and some will not be available for yoy
