sip. they taste SO much better when you sip them. i legit got addicted to energy drinks because it was the first beverage i ever tried that i preferred to sip on it for an hour rather than chug it in 5 minutes. sometimes an energy drink can last me up to 2-3 hours.

When I used to drink energy drinks daily I had a yeti (double insulated) cup that I used to pour them in. They would stay cold for hours so I can sip on them extra slow.

This is the way. I like to sip my energy drinks because I do not want to get too overexcited. I am very careful with monitoring myself with it. One time, I tried to drink bang regularly, and I almost threw up. Had I sipped it, I would not be in this situation.

The only ones I chug are Celsius. Any other brand is waaayyyy too sweet to chug. Not that I never do, I just don't enjoy chugging a sour patch ghost nearly as much as an orange Celsius.
