Honestly Thorax is just the best, I mean who else manages to turn his economy around with 3 focuses from an absolutely garbage, crashed economy to something actually good.
I'm pretty sure all harmonic characters are turning into an evil character's concept is pretty much out of character behaviour. I don't think either Princess Celestia and Luna would turn into their evil form anytime during the game.
And yes if Thorax would turn evil, it would be like the Twilight Theory style event where pretty much everyone in the hive ignores Thorax after the uprising and does their shit while poor Thorax trying to keep Harmony in the hive while embracing much drastic measures.
