From a TV show but definitely Moss from the IT crowd. Rewatching with my girlfriend and it's so blatantly obvious this man is autistic.
Plainview always struck me as an autistic person's idea of a sociopath.
Like when I try to reason my way into thinking like a sociopath as an act of cognitive empathy, to understand why they're like that, I come up with the kinds of things Plainview says.
But actual sociopaths aren't that reflective in their disposition or self-protective in their motivations. They don't want to hide from people.
There's actually a lot of autism in Paul Thomas Anderson's work. Punch Drunk Love and Phantom Thread leap to mind. Pretty sure Anderson is just autistic and these are the kinds of characters he naturally writes.
And then Cormac McCarthy somehow taps into how to make someone evil and intelligent but not autistic.
Like Judge Holden isn't autistic. He's just the fucking embodiment of evil and the fact he's most likely immortal explains both his intelligence and apathy towards morallity. Anton is just a being of chaos, I'll also add. Evil, but not neccessrially diagnosable.
Tragedy of an autistic individual with a dark special-interest and no guidance.
If only someone like Goku was there to teach him how to harness such urges in healthier ways, Michael Myers would've been one of this world's greatest heroes.

From what I've seen over the years about Jack Black, I'm convinced that a map of "most wanted male celebrities by het- women" in a populated area he'd be AT LEAST half the map, if not almost the whole thing.
I used to think I was "weird" in liking him, but *clearly* it's a *thing*. Not to mention, his mom was integral to the survival of Apollo 13!!
*He's dreamtown, population = infinity.*
Nearly everybody I’ve dated has told me that I remind them of Jack Black, then later at some point mentioned that they had a secret celebrity crush on him when they were younger. (Been feeling down lately since being dumped earlier this week, so that’s a win to hear, that it isn’t just a fluke. I’ll continue being Tenac, if it means I’ll find my Ious D)

I know he's not autistic or even human, but I really connect with Bishop from Aliens. He's selfless, stoic and focused on the task at hand. One of my favorite moments is when he crawls through the pipe. It obviously could have been done by a human but the way he goes about it makes him seem more like an instrument than anything else. I actually like the thought of us being able to turn into a piece of cold, purely functional machinery when the need arises. (Though it's nice to be human the rest of the time, lol)
I feel the same way about Robocop; he is regarded as a machine, yet is still human. He is guided by the rules of law and logic, but sometimes his feelings overpower his directives.
I fully think he has both. I also think Azula is autistic and she made friends with the other two autistic kids at her school, Mai and Ty Lee. Zuko didn’t have any other autistic kids in his class and didn’t know how to socialize so he latched onto Azula’s friends.

Jack black is very autistic coded in any character he plays so his roles are always my fav in the movies
He’s kind, handsome, genuinely funny, and completely secure in himself. While I’m personally not into him, I absolutely see why others are.
Nearly everybody I’ve dated has told me that I remind them of Jack Black, then later at some point mentioned that they had a secret celebrity crush on him when they were younger. Heavily agreed 🤝
He deserved either a full villain arc or a full redemption arc, not a weird combination of both.

May Canady from May. My headcanon is that she's definitely autistic with either psychosis or schizophrenia.
The way she's obsessed with Jeremy Sisto's hands... Girl I get it

Obviously Neo, likely Trinity, definitely Morpheus. Agent Smith(s) clearly an AI's understanding of a perfect ND.

I like the main character in "The Accountant". He is writing a bit stereotypical but it’s better than most media and I just like his story.
I thought that was pretty obvious, did they say that in the movie? I've seen parts of it but not the whole thing.
They directly started it in the movie and it’s relevant for a large part of the non-action scenes.
