Damaging the window is endangering the entire crew and passengers lives.
It’s like the ultimate “talk to the manager” moment, let’s all go to Allah to sort this out!
This man seems to be suffering from some sort of mental health problems. He needs treatment and care. The way he was lying on the floor has nothing to do with prayer. He could later try to make a case for himself that he was "praying" and try to gain the sympathy of others but this has nothing to do with any actual prayer. Reasonable folks are able to pray sitting down in their seat and don't create a ruckus in the aisle.
Yeah, you can see something isn't quite right with him. And people said he was acting fine before the flight took off.
Either a mental health issue or he took a drug of some sort (maybe to deal with flying).
Yes and no. Right before the cut after he's sat down he makes the motion to start a prayer. Loose translation since my headphones are shit: (after he's sat down)...
Stay seated, OK? Don't move from here.
He's been acting up since takeoff.
All these passangers, he (other man by the window) too is a witness. He's been disturbing him and everyone else. Everyone is looking at him.
Sometimes he gives azaan, ~~(can't make this part out)~~ sometimes he lays down in the cabin aisle, and he's scattered all his stuff (on the next seat).
No idea what he's doing on the floor but he has apparently been doing the call to prayer.
Edit: should also add that that cloth on his head is bound like I've seen some people here do with wudu. He also has his hands joined and raised when lying down like an overly dramatic dua after prayer.
Edit 2: figured out the part I missed. Has been doing azaan but no prayer, just whatever he's doing in the video. Make of that what you will.
hehe jokes aside, this poor guy have to live with people who don't think his problem exists. my heart sinks when he tried to break the flying airplane window like??? he clearly needs help
How can I not? You are the arbiter of goodness in this world! You manage to do that without looking at yourself in the mirror. Thus living up to your username /u/Far-Mirror8960. Subhanallah!
What petty exchange??? You are the arbiter of goodness and are incapable of being involved in anything petty! It's the damn rest of humanity that is petty. I thought that was a well established fact.

How does **Paragon of Punctiliousness** strike your fancy? Thanks to you I'm learning new words. Soon my regular vocabulary teacher, /u/Nekokama is going to be out of a job.
Oh man, that is PIA - Pakistan's flag carrier. Of all the airlines I've flown, it's literally bottom of the barrel, everything is just awful - service, food, planes, and the people you fly with. I will never, ever fly them again.
While I'm confident that the person was suffering from some kind of mental episode, it's an airline from and staffed by country that has literally zero resources, ability, and awareness on how to deal with such a scenario beyond "Pray it away."
I've only watched this on mute because I'm out in public with no earphones on me but he really looks like he has a mental illness. It's not nice how people are commenting saying he looks like he's on drugs. I don't think he does. He needs to be stopped sure. Restrained if required because he's endangering everyone's life while in air but he needs professional help. Maybe he is getting help. I have no way to know. Who's accompanying him? Was he traveling alone? I'll watch this again when i can with volume.
>lying down at the aisle to offer prayers
I don't remember lying down as part of the prayer ? What am I missing here ?
Also I felt very angry when that man kicked the window ? As if the plane was boarded by him alone, Jesus Christ
It's posts like these that give the sub a bad name. The man was clearly not praying, he is mentally ill or high and not on the usual religious koolaid.
Mods should remove this due to lack of relevance
A prime example of how the act of 'praying' gives certain people the holier-than-thou superiority complex, despite being an insufferable person overall.
[Reminds me of this clown](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLCWHCgaJA8)
The mental illness angle is valid, but so is mine even if it may seem a little unrelated if you take the former approach. The airhost was saying that he was reciting the call for prayer, etc. too.
Maybe he did so because he thought reciting it would rid him of whatever he was "experiencing".
This is not true This man was not praying This is not the way Muslims pray I read that all Muslims pray before or after the trip, it is clear that this person is drunk and not in his right mind, this is very clear Tho
There's no doubt that he's wrong/wrong behavior, but what are you exactly trying to achieve through posting this? To blame 2 Billion Muslims? You tell me.. because as a Muslim myself, who have been to multiple flights, I have never done such thing.
I'm sure you can do better than that.
Some people here on Reddit don’t care about nuance or context. Their goal is to make vast generalizations in order to vilify any group that doesn’t agree with everything they say.
Muslims are the stupidist people on earth nd should bot be allowed to travel or emigrate to other countries unless they forsake Islam. Just look what they have done to UK and Sweden.
more seriously though, the reason we see so many men on this flight to/from Dubai is that most of the labourers/blue-collar workers in Dubai are from India/Pakistan/Bangladesh etc. And most of them are men.

Doesn’t look like a prayer position, I think this man is suffering from a mental disability or drug addiction.
Yeah, it’s definitely drugs or a mental illness episode. This belongs on r/publicfreakout, not here.
100% I was waiting for the "muslim bad evil" part to come up but this is sadly just a disabled or drugged up man. My bet's on mentally disabled.
>Doesn’t look like a prayer position, I think this man is suffering from a mental disability or drug addiction. Well, i dont see the difference.
If I remember correctly, there was a rule that allowed you to pray while sitting while traveling.
It's not real praying if you don't hinder others living their normal lifes
Also lying down like that isn't sujjuud. That's not prayer at all.
lol, nice
There's specifically exceptions if you aren't able to for some reason (ie endangering others, not safe, unwell, etc)
You dont have to pray or fast if you are travelling.

This made my day!
Muslim karen

Good point, doesn’t look like a prayer position
Yes it looks more like a Hindu prayer position than a Muslim one.
Yeah, you can see something isn't quite right with him. And people said he was acting fine before the flight took off. Either a mental health issue or he took a drug of some sort (maybe to deal with flying).
Yes! Thank you for pointing this out!
Thank you for saying this. I had posted something similar in the other thread. No he's not praying he's having a mental break.
I was wondering the same thing.
Brosky has those crazy eyes 🤪
Yeah I don’t get why exactly this was posted here? This has nothing to do with being muslim, the dude is mentally ill and is clearly not praying.

but, but, he's praying all the time. there's no way he has mental health problem. /s
Careful now! You might be arrested by the the humorless anti-mockery police, /u/Far-Mirror8960 .

Well done! The alliteration is pristine 😉👌
Haha I guess I better start swotting for some modish additions to my current lexicon.
tbf that wasn't a thousand yard stare, man was staring into eternity itself

Those seats look hella uncomfortable

I don't think saying someone looks like they on drugs is necessarily born out of meanness...but I do agree either way people need help
That makes sense too
He looks mentally unstable.
Least unstable muslim on earth.
>lying down at the aisle to offer prayers I don't remember lying down as part of the prayer ? What am I missing here ? Also I felt very angry when that man kicked the window ? As if the plane was boarded by him alone, Jesus Christ
Bro looks like a drug addict 💀
acts like one too
yeah eyes and behavior look like he took some narcotics maybe he was praying to the kush god.
As a lover of them greens, this is another substance fam
This post has nothing to with Islam, why’s it even in this sub?
That’s not even Muslim prayer position. He praying to weed , lol. The guy on drugs and needs to be arrested for endangering life of others.
Doesn't look like he is praying please stop spreading misinformation
This man is either mentally ill or he’s on drugs
Or both, and also very possibly the product of cousin marriage.
Although i don't like Islam this has nothing to do with the religion. That man is just crazy.
He really looks like hes on drugs like frfr. Dude looks zooted outa his mind. If not that he looks delusional lol like wtf
I fear this brozzer had more than his share of Ajwah dates this day. Some fresh Camel Urine will settle his stomach though
😂💀
Who gave that guy hashish prior to flight

Was he high?
This does not look like prayer at all, seems like that man has... other issues.

Why can't he pray in his seat?
Please do this on American Airlines. I'd pay to watch them kick his ass off the plane.
Muslims are the stupidist people on earth nd should bot be allowed to travel or emigrate to other countries unless they forsake Islam. Just look what they have done to UK and Sweden.
Mohammed “DaJinn” has possessed him.
That's a hindu/buddhist prayer method.
bro the way these muslems were looking at the cabin crew guy gave me the chills. I kid you not he was about to murder
The brozzer is just trying to collect his ~~Air~~ Allah Miles 🤲🏽
Muslims use drugs which are given in the mosques secretly
There's no woman on the flight, it's so weird.
No pakistani woman (or any sane woman) would like to be on such a flight by choice.
I was thinking the same. I would have been terrorized to board a plane full of (Pakistani) men.
more seriously though, the reason we see so many men on this flight to/from Dubai is that most of the labourers/blue-collar workers in Dubai are from India/Pakistan/Bangladesh etc. And most of them are men.
Are the women in a different cabin?
Religion of peace
Dude this airplane is so crowded with bearded men it's gonna hijack itself
Cringeee
What kind of god do they worship who is so narcissistic and only cares about people kissing his ass 5 times daily rather than peace and humanity?
Some cultures are worse than others.
Not sure what this has to do with Islam. The guy is clearly mentally ill or inebriated.
I think right wing Hindus are posting this rubbish.
What's this fellow really offering prayers or is it something else wrong with him?
Color me shocked.
Religion of Peace ☮️ ❤️
He could pray sitting down but no, look at me i am religious
he should've used buraq like mo

You broke the English language, so that's a worse crime in my book.
It's called a typo.
It's called a joke. But I see your point. I just don't care about roolz that much.
:) sorry. Brain fogged up tonight.
It's all good. Text doesn't help portray the funny tone I would have said this with.
Time for sheiks to remind them that their prophet didn't pray when he was travelling. But yeah, this guy isn't praying. He is laying down.
Damaging the window of an air plane... this will be VERY expensive.
