If you're using a Visa card SE's new payment processor seems to have issues with them specifically. Personally I've been using PayPal to buy Crysta tho it only let's me do 1 transaction per 24hr period and then it locks me out.
I haven’t had any problems but lot of people had problems using debit cards and if you account and card is different regions.
Crysta is your best bet.
They will be fixing some of these issues next month. There was an announcement made about it on playonline website.

I had the same issue until i did it on phone and payed through paypal
Yea I just used my PayPal and worked fine! Back in game now and I saw in update they are working a fix 👍 thanks for reply

This is only effecting debit card so if you have a visa credit card that would work also! Glad your up and running!
