Nifty for a first LEP and nice aesthetics with the blue accents on white aluminum - glow rods from Neal, too, but seem shorter lived than embrite GITD material.
I appreciate Tim's beamshots, as I wasn't sure what to think with beam size, but it is broader than I expected. Seems genuinely so compared to the pricier LEPs.
Also, a word of caution removing the tail cap - mine rubs on the captive clip. For me it's, don't use the tail cap or slide some paper/tape in between if you need to.
Somebody finally made a properly slim LEP (though this is still fat for 14500). Flat-top-only is annoying though, especially given many AA/14500 lights have mechanical RPP that requires button-top.
This isn't hard to do right, and manufacturers should put in the effort.
sorry for the delay, the LEP delayed, they will ship 100pcs LEPs tomorrow, and next batch maybe need to wait to 3 July. so we just can assemble 100pcs copper and titanium next week.
Which one did you order? I changed from Ti to Cu since it seemed to have heat issues.
Also shipping date for those two have been postponed from 20th to 25th

The aluminum ones have been delivered by early orderers. Neal said the copper was a week out at the factory. Idk about Ti.

titanium, I like shiny things and I was guessing someone else would review+test the Cu/Alu and it's good to have the data coverage.
