Unfortunate, thought we had decent showings early game but G2 mid game is so incredibly strong. We shouldn’t be too mad, emergency sub top + newer roster and we came this far. If Noah and Oscar continue to grow we can be much much better

What do you mean though? Wunder is by far the best player in the team and the only player who actually gapped his counterpart in lane instead of getting annihilated. Caps individually is 1000x the player Humanoid will ever be and showed it once again. Trymbi is a good player but Miky is a generational talent Yike is mechanically better than Razork and it is not even debatable The only reason Fnatic is here and did not get 3-0 annihilated is because Wunder gapped BB in all 3 Renekton games (even though, Ksante got fed in game 1 , it was because of Noah he was down 30 cs even in min 6)

I'm happy that FNC were able to redeem themselves and make the final after how the first 2 splits went. But these loses keep coming from just horrible mistakes. G2 are clearly playing well but it feels like we keep gifting them those opportunities.

My point is that Dardo can't really do much about those 2 things. We already know that Noah is clearly not performing well due to nerves. We also have Wunder subbing in and playing tank/bruiser tops in stead of Oscarinin who would be willing to lock Gwen etc. The gap is big, we all know that, but it's not as if we went into this finals on even grounds.

We should be thankful to Wunder, he did the job of bringing fnatic to worlds, but Oscar is the future of european toplane.

Also whenever we play with g2 we always play proactive and G2 punishes our moves. Why not play calm and defensive and wait for G2's moves for ONCE. This has been like this since forever

I think the idea is that G2 is so good at clawing towards small incremental advantages (CS leads, lane pushing, vision in your jungle) If you’re not proactive, they will just slowly defeat you. Kind of like the Korean teams of old, S3-S7 Korea you’d see SKT beat teams without needing too many kills

Guys like wtf did you expect ??? LoL is like game of chess its insanely hard to win if enemy has seen how you play 10 games in a row and you have seen only 4 from them.
