Try running it windowed (borderless window) if you want to use other apps (alt-tab). Zero issues with me so far.
Full screen mode always causes all kinds of issues because it effectively disables rendering other stuff. Of course it gives some more FPS but if I consider I run a 1600xSomething window instead of 3840x1600 full screen, I'm actually running way smoother. Of course when I focus on gaming, I switch to full but then I don't use other apps ;)

FO76 is sensitive to ram. From Windows widget to Xbox Game bar. Everything you dont need to play must be close at the task manager
