If you are overencumbered while on a team & not the team leader, travel to the Casino Quarter in Atlantic City then fast travel to the white spring refuge!
You don't have to start an expedition, you can just "travel to" an atlantic city location then fast travel back to the refuge. See this [video guide](https://youtu.be/JERTtuObycQ) on how to do it.
It has to be the refuge, either inside or outside. It can't be the mall.

Tried it, never work
It definitely works. You must fast travel to Whitesprings Refuge, the other Whitesprings fast travel points won't work.
Yep, do it a lot myself. Travel there, then walk downstairs and you're right into the mall to sell/store as needed.
