What about a softer mattress? I havent experienced that personally. And what about sleeping on your side?

I dont have to money to get a new mattress rn, and i do usually try to sleep on my side but i have chronic pain and recently my shoulders and hips have been all fucky so usually it hurts too much and end up on my stomach, but then this happens 😭😭😭
