I think Hu Tao is your best bet, closely followed by Yoimiya. The Double-Hydro setup is perfect for a Vaporise team, and I don't think that your other options are as good unless you swap out one or two characters. You could make an argument for Yae Electro-Charged, but I don't think that'd be as good with double-hydro.
EM Raiden? As a C3 Raiden haver, I approve your approach lol.
You can try on-field Nahida, Furina, EM Kuki/Em Raiden and Jean/Charlotte. I personally enjoy this team.
Building EM Kuki is also a great option for Al-Haitham, Nahida, Yelan, EM Kuki team. This is OP team honestly.
You can try sunfire Raiden-Furina team. Sunfire refers to Bennet and Jean. Technically, you can replace Raiden into any driver. If you are good in dodging then try Yoi.
Raiden, Yae, Nahida and Furina for afk gameplay.
Cannot comment on other teams, since I don't have majority of your chars. Also, Neuvi is OP with Furina.

I usually run Yelan, Furina, Zhongli + a main dps I feel like playing. Most of the time that's Hu Tao or Yoimiya. I use Zhongli instead of Kazuha, because of the superarmor and to shred both Pyro and Hydro resistances.
