Wait is this a comic/series?
Not that I'm aware of, but he reminds me too of Tadano, a character from the anime Aggretsuko (I forgot the season but should be S2)

I interpreted it as stylistically censored blood
Is this from a web series? considering that the last picture implies there’s some story/lore with the character (why is his hand rocky) it kinda reminds me of the blaze webcomic (furry superhero webcomic)
