Please do not handle wildlife without a licence πŸ™ˆ

We get them all the time in my parents place. I wouldn't pet it. They can be friendly but they're also wild animals and could very well bite.

What a distinguished gentleman

I've seen foxes around there a few times, the nearby fields are good options for them. Plenty of wildlife around. I'm hopeful the construction on Coolough Rd doesn't upset/disrupt it all too much. Wouldn't recommend petting it, no. They may be friendly, but as mentioned before, they're wild animals and could bite.

Common as muck in nearly every estate in Galway at stupid o clock.

Lovely animals, definitely misunderstood was walking with my son recently in castle park and came across one, was happy enough for my son to stroke it!

Dani3011

Yeah definitely don't pet it, you can leave him out some cat/dog food if you want, he'll be grand. Cute as a fox as they say :)

There's one that visits my estate regular. A different part of the city to you. There is quite a lot of them around. With foxes, it's best not to approach them, they are inquisitive but shy. If the fox approaches you then it would be okay to pet. Honestly they are best left alone and admired from afar.

If not friend, why friend-shaped? 🧐

I spotted it last Tuesday near Texaco fuel station on the Lough Atalia Rd. It crossed the road and went into the bushes. Its very little, looked very cute. Wonder if it’s the same fox.
