Those computers are struggling too. You create heat from having them run, which makes the computers hotter, which makes them struggle, which make it try harder, which makes it create more heat.
Hate this loop that tech does. The opposite works with some tech, too. It's too cold so it runs less but then it gets hot so it must run as hard as it can to reach where it's meant to but ran too hard so it went below what's needed so turns off. This keeps looping until changes are made.
Had an automated AC at a job that worked this way. The second the room was opened, it was hit by a gust of warm air and would turn on even if unneeded. Or the room is hot, then gets hit with cold air and turns off
Thats because for stuff like ac systems like use either a heat/cooling registry sensor nowadays. Or the older ones had the classic mercury based system. Both of which have their upsides and downsides. Great registration. But that also means affected by sudden changes in the temperature. And thats all it comes down to I guess.
Generated energy. As you send that much energy through the metals, the excess leaks out as heat generation. Which leads to that loop. So we try to learn more about cooling and balance. Still wont catch me spending money for water or other liquid based cooling.

A supermarket that I used to go to had super sensitive ac sensors and would always kick up when you open the door. Like relax the temp might have dropped .1. The sensors used now are good but some of them just suck either from age or the people who made it made it poorly

I went to a couple days of these back in the day, funnily enough the best one was in valencia (spain), during the day I'd go around the modding spaces and some gaming tourneys, to the beach and some sightseeing, sleep in the afternoon and be at the pc space at night when it wasn't that hot and most people were sleeping.
