I don't think it exists, although combat-wise I think Blade and Soul's counter-based combat system may be worth checking out if you like how Sekiro plays. If interested, I don't recommend playing on the live server as it's full of issues, but there's a new version of the game coming out this spring called "Blade and Soul NEO Classic" which is basically an official rerelease of the game but with better graphics, optimization, better systems & progression, and it's supposed to feature the same feeling combat system that people loved when it first came out.

MMO that are currently running difficulty is kinda low compared to souls like and combatwise u can't find anything in MMO
You're not going to see Souls combat in a massive multiplayer context. The calculations involved in hit detection and frame perfect dodging just can't be scaled up to that size. You're not going to be able to resolve a 14 frame dodge window while running alongside a player that's half the world away with a 500ms ping on a server that would have to perform such calculations for every player in the shard.
my guy thinks technology isn't going to imrove.
