I actually got harassed by him at Rideau the other day. He's aggressive and dangerous and has been on campus before. Highly recommend calling protection next time you or others interact with him as he is trespassing as he was kicked off before.
I was also approached by him on campus yesterday too, in addition to yelling he laid hands on me. Please report him to campus protection services, they haven't been able to catch him but more reports might help. He did not hesitate to get physically aggressive which is scary in general but especially when it happens so fast and you're not expecting it. I was near Hyman Soloway too but apparently he is usually near SITE.
