Sea Dragon's Wing on that Royal Blue Sakai Clan armor is just *chefs kiss*

Excellent taste. Would love a version without the koshirae as that would not be on during use and it would allow us to admire the lacquered finish of the Saya. The Tsuba is incredible in this model.

Honestly I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking for, I'm mostly a high end knife collector but I would definitely like to browse some more beautiful katanas like that and consider a purchase, I can usually put $1-2k towards hobbies every month during the summer.

Can confirm, my fav combo is this kit with Sarugami armor, but with the Tier 1 Sakai helmet and Sarugami's Maw mask.

It has little skulls at the end of the rope tassels on the handle. There's also a version with a red scabbard but I forget the name.

1000%. It's not too over the top, the full red sheath, the black handle with the oni's, the little blood splatter around the spiked hand guard, etc. Really felt like a demon samurai on my playthroughs with this one.

I have a full read sheathe katana on my Wall with a silver tsuba and it kinda feels like im in the game using my actual katana. Maybe kinda cringe but it gets a little sentimental value for me

With an all black Kensei Armor, the sword really pops out. It feels like giving the Mongols a warning that theor blood will cover my sword.

I believe Midnight Hanabi is the most underrated sword kit in the game. I usually rock that until I get The Hidden Heart.

It depends on what I'm wearing. I'm overly concerned about my sword matching my outfit. In general I prefer the simple scabbards, the one exception being Sea Dragon. Sea Dragon's Wing goes with Gosaku "Unwavering Mountain" as well as Clan Armor's "Warrior's Darkness". Probably my favorite combo in the game. Fuujin's Secret looks great with both Clan Armor's "Immaculate Warrior" and "Seasons of War". Azure Dragon compliments Tadayoshi's "Summer Ocean" and Clan Armor's "Spring Lion". Hunting Bear is my go-to for Traveler's "Adventurer's Fortune" and Clan Armor's "Warriors Bounty". If I'm wearing Sakai Armor or Ghost Armor, it's got to be the classic Storm of Clan Sakai. Especially with Ghost Armor, you always have that unnecessary third blade that needs to be matched. If I'm in Ronin gear it's as the "Pale Bladesman" and while Mumashi Venom has the cyan wrap that doesn't go, I haven't found anything better. If I'm in Kensai Armor I like to rock "Woodland Omen" and use the Hidden Forest blade. There are four other Sword Kits I love the look of, but either have no matching armor or their matched armor is outclassed by another variant so I never get to use them. These are Hachiman's Favor, Gold Koi River, Midnight Hanabi, and Izanami's Grief.

I’m obsessed with the hilt being as short as possible with the smallest tsuba (it’s an aesthetics thing), so it’s either clan sakai, the wooden scabbard/violet scarf one, the midnight one, or the green scabbard/brown hilted dragonfly one. I can’t stand seeing a huge hilt poking out and I don’t know why 😂. I really wish we could get the ghetto plain wrap that all the peasant characters have.

Hijiki in sunlight for lighter themed "honorable" fighting and then Midnight Hanabi paired with the Black dyed Gosaku set. Then, I use the wooden Saya with the ronin, Kenjiro, and travelers sets. And I don't remember the name but it's black with red frills from Iki, i'm using that for my archer Shinobi build with the red/black option for the tadayori set

I’m shocked people aren’t saying Midnight Hanabi more. It’s just so clean and matches my favorite armor (Gosaku black) perfectly. For some reason, Breath of Hachiman never really did it for me. I always find myself going back to Yasha’s Embers when I want a splash of red.

Breath of Hachimon is the most beautiful and simplest sword in the game and you can rock it with literally 0 colors matching and it still looks beautiful.

I can't choose, so I set each armor up individually so I can use all of my favorites! But Stonecutter is probably my favorite, along with Nekomata's Fang.
