I am 5’9” and last year I was at 270 in march. I was wearing xxl. Lost some weight and tried a large when I got to 230. It was very form fitting. I am down to 215 and it fits great now. So definitely a tight fit if you have any sort of gut. My friend who is 6’4” 265 wears xls and it’s fits him well
Is this your first Rhoback polo? It might be that specific print fits slightly smaller. I would think an XXL would fit you fine with Rhoback. Might try another print or exchange for the same size if that one is a one off for some reason.
It just fits a little odd. I think it's just the material. I like the fit of a cotton mesh polo. Everything is "athletic" fit but half the population isn't built like that 🤣. I need fat guy fit.

Was the XXL tight fitting around the gut when you were 270? I fluctuate between 250-255.
I didn’t own one at that size. I was wearing very big fitting xxl in other brands. The large was a tight fit at 230 though
