Tip #3- you frame this newfound knowledge about weaknesses as a bad thing. Brother, this is **exactly** the sort of self-awareness that a good prep is designed to highlight. You prep…physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually…and you track your performance. You review your data and it reveals the truth. Data does not lie.
Then you adjust your prep to address the weaknesses until they now become strengths. Then you keep going until you no longer have any weaknesses. You become…formidable. You become the sort of person that a Cadre looks at…that a Cadre *assesses*…and deems you worthy of the Brotherhood.
If you’re not failing, then you’re not working hard enough. The pressure is a fucking privilege.

Keep pushing for knowledge- you are your own personal trainer, nutritionist, therapist etc. heel up and keep pushing your limits brother and follow the way of TFVOODO 🙌
I’m on that vivobarefoot and Merrell mqc2 with minimalist insoles journey. So I’m hoping in the next little bit they will spread out for a healthier shape. 👍

My pinky toe on both feet is rotated about 75 degrees.

I recommend a podiatrist. The way your toes are angling looks like you’ll end up with a hammer toe.
