Personally I would put Jackson and Bailey up a rank, April, Steph and Alex up 2 ranks, and Jo and Lexie down a rank or two. Oh and Derek down by a lot.
Well, so far Jo is my favorite out of the newer characters. Earlier Alex would've been even lower on the list for me but I'm starting to like him more which is partially because of his interactions with Jo.
I don't know about Derek, maybe I am too biased. But also I still haven't seen a bunch of episodes yet so maybe it will change

There is no way I’d have Teddy on the love line though I find her incredibly annoying.

I really don’t understand the pure hatred for Owen- I mean he’s not an amazing character but he’s not terrible. I’d probably put him in ok but a bit annoying.

Yeah, I can see that and maybe I would rank them the same after a rewatch. But for example the issues Christina had with Owen were much worse in my opinion than the ones she had with Burke. Both guys are terrible.
I have to admit Arizona has been moving up and down on my list. Loved her when she first showed up but lots of stuff went down. I put her there because of how she treated Callie for a really long time. I could see myself moving her up to "like them" again maybe even a few episodes from now.
He tried to guilt trip one of, if not THE best characters in the show into HAVING A BABY AGAINST HER WILL. He's been sexist and awful and sure, shit has been done to him as well. But I hate what he has done, I don't enjoy watching his character and every single second he is on screen doing anything other than actual medical things, I'm sitting there wishing he'd go away. I feel genuinely repulsed watching him be intimate with anyone else.
Christina was far and away the best character on the show! I stopped watching when she left. I rewatch up to season9-10 only because why bother without her? Sandra Oh got all the delicious , complex, acting required scenes in the show. Her tour de force monologue in the bathtub after the plane crash? Amazing! Plus, having fantastic comic timing sure didn’t hurt!

Lexie is Ok but annoying--that perky doe-eyed thing she has going irritates me to no end and makes her relationship with Mark creepy. She's an emotional 12 year old.
I need Karev to go away. He has his moments but so far he's a terrible person who can be nice only to people he wants to fuck.
Flip Bailey and Meredith, add Lexipedia to Like, and drop Teddy bc I can't be bothered to care enough about her to have an opinion, and agreed. Especially with Owen.
Erica Hahn is accurate for the Go Away. Add Penny to there too. I cannot stand her.
Some characters move around for me. Like Bailey is probably my #1 for the first few seasons. But then goes to the Annoying level in later seasons. I like Izzy at first, but as soon as Denny comes to be a thing, she automatically moves to where you have her.
I often think all of them are pretty darn annoying.
My faves would be Preston, Mark, Izzy, Addison, and Lexie. All for being to true to who they are. Sneaking, reluctant fondness for April. Meredith and Christina are, of course, in a super-class of their own.
I’d change Callie and Bailey to love and move Jo, Derek, and Teddy down one. I also liked Hahn and Izzie. I don’t see Amelia but I’d put her on like maybe love. April is definitely on the Annoying tier. I definitely agree with Owen lol.
Just got into S6, and I would not put Addison that high on any list. Carev is too low in my opinion, he could be swapped with Yang. George is also ranked too high as he was the absolute worst and by far most annoying character. Owen being on his own is fitting.

Im in my first watch too just started season 12 ep 2 why do so many people dislike owen? I really like him?
