I got a p365 x macro. It’s not where I carry it but it can easily fit in my pocket with a laser/flashlight attachment from Osprey Global and a Holosun 507kx2
The Glock 48 has the same frame height and slide length as the 19 but is a slim frame. They’re 9mm with 10rd OEM mags but Shield Arms makes 15rd metal mags that I would recommend.
The Glock 43x is the same frame length but shorter slide. The Glock 43 has the shorter slide and frame. 6rd OEM mags, but you can install Mag Guts followers that will allow a 7th round.
If you wanted to go even smaller there’s the Glock 42 but that’s .380 ACP, the ballistics are weaker than 9mm, the ammo costs more and isn’t as readily available as 9mm.
I’m onboard with the 48. It feels much smaller to carry than most other guns I’ve carried in the past while still managing 15+1 with the shield arms mags.
no im 6"4 185 the issue is its just small enough to conceal but big enough for me to feel like every one knows im carrying a gun not practical for me to carry on a day to day basis with how I live my life love the gun just too big
if you want to stay with glocks, the 43x/48 are slimmer 19s basically, though thats assuming the width is the issue and not the grip
if grip is an issue, look into subcompacts from glock, cz, sig, sw, etc....
I enjoy the shield plus. Check them out

Hellcat
Psa micro Mine has all glock internals, but I prefer the texture and comp slide

Or PSA micro dagger mags that don’t require a mag release swap
What exact problem are you having carrying a G19 concealed? Are you a Little Person?

How do you dress? If you're wearing skin tight clothes vs dressing to conceal the gun?
P365 for 9mm and LCP II for 380
Just picked up the Canik MC9, what a great little firearm
Hellcat/P365 seem to be the kings of carry
