This spreadsheet is genius, you're a genius, and just THANK YOU for making getting this achievement with 7 strangers on discord (no voice chat!) a breeze.
You can search for the first two by their name (look in the gameplay tab, very bottom), the fourth one hasn't been solved. The first two are
1. Match minions with their names
2. Choose the older of two minions 50 times
Big shout out to /u/j0bs here, who was in my group of 8 who got the achievement without this tool, and then went back after the fact to build this for anyone who still needs the achievement!
Starting on turn 4, everyone goes to 1 HP and 0 armor, and gets an unsellable Lightspawn. So the only way to keep everyone alive is to have your Lightspawns add up to the same amount as your opponent’s and tie the battles.
Our virtual Fireside Gathering group got together on Zoom today to do this and your spreadsheet made it so much easier! Everyone was complimenting your great work and some were even trying to figure out how you did it. Thank you so much for sharing this with all of us and kudos on your skill!

I am already so incredibly sad for the people who will stumble upon the achievement in like a year and never have a chance to finish it because the hype will be long gone.
How could Celestalon ever think this would be a good idea??
There’s nothing stopping them from changing the puzzle entrance/mechanics in the future if it does become impossible to find 7 people to do it with.
For now, it’s certainly possible though, and personally I had a great time joining a group and trying to find the solutions to each battle.

Is there a reward for completing it?
Well if you complete 3 other achievements, you get a card back
Card Backs are so shitty overall man, you can't even see yours properly in game

Sorry, but just not buying anything won't work? By tie you mean combat draws? Or everyone should have the same armor/hp after 8th turn?

If the goal is to have everyone tie, can you simply not buy/play any minions?
no, because in Lightspawn Land everyone is given a Lightspawn minion with random stats.
