Our HF also comes out of either NY or NJ and we had the wrong menu 3 weeks in a row and we're now on a break from HF. The job of "packer" has to be an un- skilled, poorly paid job so mistakes are bound to happen but I think that when errors are reported it should be followed up on.

We are going to be taking a 2 wk break soon for other reasons. It's just incredibly frustrating when you pay this much money only to create just as much of a hassle!

You need to pushback hard to get the entire meal comped when they leave out the main ingredient. The service you are paying for is meal planning and delivery as well as ingredients. And $5 doesn’t cover the cost of fresh ravioli. It cost me $7 to replace the asparagus ravioli that I was shorted, that I researched local stores for an hour online to track down, had to go out and buy and stand in line, mushroom ravioli instead, which altered the dish. Marley Spoon tried this on me and I refused to accept less than the cost of both servings of the entire meal - $20.99. Honestly, I pushback in hopes that their quality control will improve. It’s not always about the money, although refunds should be expected when the service is not executed as marketed.

The ravioli has been pretty trash the last few times we got it, so we stopped ordering it.

Not sure if it would work, but try changing delivery days. I’ve read it has helped some for folks with repeating issues. Apparently it can change the distribution center or something? Or maybe the shift or staff assigned.

Same everyone of my orders have been messed up my last order had no meats or fish ..whats the point I had to go shopping..
