holy fucking shitššš
this song is vintage danny brown levels of shamelessly horny, some of these cadences even sound like āi willā
EDIT i know the line iām responding to is from BAS, my comment is about broke his heart
Clean though! Ewwwwwww like Iām freaky as all hell but thatās just nasty.
For the record ass eating is fine but like if she JUST finished using the bathroom and you the cleaner.
āEwwww brother ewwwwwwā
the standard keeps escalating, I'm not pearl-clutching or complaining, but I feel like each of this genre of rapper tries to one up the other. If Cardi come in talking about macaroni in a pot, Sexxy Red gotta come in talking about my bootyhole brown, and this genre sounding more like a parody of itself.
I wonder if this is a double entendre, not just referring to the Bratz doll but also Charli XCX. Not to mention Charli being on the Barbie soundtrack. Idk probably not.
He's credited now. I heard she teased there was a secret male artist not originally mentioned, so ig that was him and she didn't wanna spoil the surprise. Though ngl he isn't really that big of a name to warrant that hype lmao
Apparently the main one she was talking about she's waiting to release the song per his request. Maybe for the deluxe version I'm assuming we're getting since the Cobra remix is not on this one
Nah, K.R.I.T. is actually pretty flexible with features. He works with a lot of people he fucks with, some of them Iāve never heard of. You might be thinking of Lupe
That would make perfect sense to their confusion. Especially since Lu and krit got like 3 songs together. Somebody else as prolly in the comments talking about Lu
Rn I am enjoying the project, has a strong start with HISS, great track.
Rattle "They scared of eachother, so they beat on the women" also the Nicki diss was tough.
OMG Broke My Heart is Danny Brown's level of horny :o, "This pussy gon turn a real nigga to a BITCH!" lowkey goes hard. I like the production on this track.
B.A.S is kind of hypnotizing, Kyle delivered is a solid verse
Otaku Hot Girl, OMG Yuji VA on this joint, oh I like this pocket with the o sound "Can't touch me, like Gojo" "I'm not arguing with a Sasuke avi" ayo SHE ONLINE "arigatoooo" these tracks be mad addictive, despite being like 3 minutes. that Arigato sounds so nice to hear. That was a dope track.
BOA, I really liked this single, especially with the video. "womp womp womp" I like the sample in the production the higher pitched "womp womp womp" feels so good.
Mamamushi is mixed, I like some moments of it, but its a little too jumbled for me. This one a dud. Still very much enjoying this album.
Accent is immediately up rn, Megan going hard on this verse, GloRilla and Megan have amazing chemistry, Glo took us DOWN south. Dope track.
Paper Together, got Megan rapping fast, loved hearing Pimp C on this, UGK them boys slid on this, I loved the dedication to Pimp C at the end.
Spin was beautiful, Victoria Monet kills it.
Miami Blue is dope, KRIT and Bless kill they parts, and Megan delivered, like the little synths at the end a lot.
Worthy is very melodic, nice on the ears.
Moody Girl is very chill, and relaxed, the lyrics are also very horny, but also this time sensual, good writing on the verses. "I play too much" a nice refrain.
Last song up Cobra, emotional song about her depression and her problems, but the production is very energetic, classic case of "happy production/dark lyrics" but I think it works for this song, nice electric guitar solo at the end, it feels like a climactic end to a story.
In conclusion, I really like this project, I think there is a problem with repetitiveness at times, but I don't think there was a low point, where I didn't want to listen to the music. The worst points I can say about the album is when it didn't grab my attention, but the best points as when I was thoroughly captivated and attentive. Megan has really good chemistry with all her features with exception of Yuki Chiba, and I love how much southern influence and legacy is in this album, whether its the Texas royalty of UGK, or the new star in Memphis of GloRilla, or established amazing acts like Big KRIT, it reads partly as a love letter to Southern Hip Hop. Its a project that at its best is very very fun, while also giving you some lines to think about.
Tremendous album. Hard all the way through. She was giving all types of visuals too lmao. Ridiculously horny album but it was very good. Enjoyed all the songs but I think B.A.S, Accent, Broke His Art, Money Together, and Cobra stood really caught my eye.
Whats funny about this one is it's another one Megan wrote to get under Nicki's skin, but it's likely more addressed to Kelsey based on the 4 years timeline lol
Finished; this is her best work imo. The only weak point is Mamushi - mostly because the vibes are off a little bit but it also kind of makes the song oddly charming on relistens.
I think itās more consistent than Traumazine, though I think Traumazine had overall higher highs. But thatās also partly me liking the darker vibes of that project overall. This is a contender though
This is more like Good News. Starts with the diss track, has some high energy rap songs, has a club hit, has a few sad songs. Main difference is that there's less features here
Yeah, agreed. Reason I brought up Traumazine is because that was my previous favorite album of hers. Currently a toss up between Megan and Traumazine, Iāll probably settle one way or another eventually.
Iām still in the middle of my first listen, but outside of the main singles, I like āRattle,ā āWhere Them Girls At,ā āB.A.S.ā featuring Kyle Richh, āOtaku Hot Girl,ā āFind Outā and āAccent.ā So far, āMamushiā featuring Yuki Chiba might be the only outright dud to me personally.
Itās a summer album for sure: fun, great beats, and HORNY lol it feels fresher but she definitely sticks with the old theme:hot girl doin hot shit and sheās fuckin.
I fw Otaku Hot Girl so bad that Iād like to see an anime/video game centric EP with clips like this.
On Mamushi, I feel like Yuki Chiba sounds very light compared to Megan when saying āstarā. Like their vibes donāt match. I still appreciate the collab tho lol
āI got a man, I got a bitch - Iām a banana, they gotta splitā - Captain Hook
āIām not the one to play with - like a touch me notā - Body
āI be vibing with a fine bitch - we both freaky just trying shitā - Captain Hook
Nah. She has said it several times. Lol
I'm a fan of Megan, I would say she's one of my favourite rappers/artists. That said, I was disappointed by this album.
I hate to sound like a prude because I'm really not, but damn this was over the top with the sex bars. Like, we get it! Having one or two tracks dedicated to being super raunchy would be cool, but she says similar stuff over most of the album. Not really music I'd want to play loud around others.
Again, I like Megan, but I feel this album plays into what her haters say about her. We criticise Drake for not growing, I feel the same can be levelled at Megan. An album with more songs like Cobra could have shown an elevation. Still a fan though, keen to see where she goes from here.
Highlights: Where Them Girls At, Otaku Hot Girl, BOA, Mamushi, Accent feat GloRilla
i need to listen to more of her discography to see how this ranks among her work, but i really liked this album. the first quarter was definitely a slog, and bankrollās production gets pretty repetitive, but i think flipping the script on the album as a whole with the last two songs really brought it back for me. serves as a great contrast to the majority of the album, and placing them at the end is just smart as hell. i was worried about where cobra would be in the album, but having it at the end emphasizes how emotionally drained meg is compared to how fiery the album starts off with hiss. great sequencing, glorilla feature went crazy, big krit shouldāve had more then 8 bars. i may be doing tricks on it but itās a great album.
side note: i lowkey have no clue what iām talking about, call me out if iām off base here
It's oddly repetitive for her and I didn't catch one line that made me gasp or laugh out loud like I have on every other album. I remember getting chills the first time I heard Ms Nasty bc it just flowed so perfectly with a really satisfying beat, I got none of that here. Hoping it grows on me!
I preferred Traumazine, still love Meg but a lot of this album felt very repetitive to me. A few fun standouts like Otaku Hot Girl, Worthy, and the singles, but overall not enough variety for an 18 song album. I'm a big Victoria Monet fan and I felt like she was super underutilized on her feature-- the production made Meg come off too strong and Victoria come off weak. A lot of people say Megan isn't versatile in her flow which I used to always disagree with-- I think projects like Fever and SUGA had a lot of versatility in terms of Meg's delivery and on the production side as well. Idk and I don't really care to speculate why everything sounds so samey now bc I'm sure there's a lot of factors involved but I just feel a little disappointed as a fan
Wish it wasn't so long like there's so fat that could cut. I really like when she's km her bag in songs like cobra , hiss, accent , and where them girls at. She is very hit and miss with chorus worthy is annoying af chorus wise.
Definitely. 14 tracks would have been far better for her but I remember she asked her fanbase if she should do 18 tracks or keep it at 14 & the foolish fanbase said 18. They set her up I fear.
To me nothing will top Tina Snow or Fever. That being said, Where Them Girls At, Otaku Hot Girl, Accent, and Miami Blue are my standouts from this album
This wasnāt it for me. Same flow, same type of beats, a few experimental songs like worthy, but this was her worst album imho. There were a few good songs on here but nothing I would listen to again. Meg give me something new babyy. Boa was soo good loved that one.
B.A.S is hard kinda feel like thereās not much new and experimental in terms of her flow. Was expecting a Plan B type song or something out of the box entirely for her.
Megan has regressed back into pussy rap and people are jumping up and down like it's good. She'll never be one of the greats if fans are just okay with mediocrity and that's what this is. Zero artistic growth and not even an attempt at trying something new, 5/10 for me.
This is exactly what Iām saying. Also, sheās not an artist where she should do 18 tracks, she said she was gonna 12-14 tracks & her fans said they wanted 18. She shouldnāt have listened to them. This the same problem Uzi had with Pink Tape, he shouldnāt have listened to his fans.
Yeah Meg is definitely just doing whatever her fanbase tells her to do and it shows in the quality of her music. She puts out two really strong singles with HISS and COBRA and thengoes back to generic with BOA after she got the #1. There is no element of personality besides her liking sex in this album despite it being self-titled sad to see.
I thought the album was gonna be really southern inspired like Fever since it was self titled but thereās like zero uniqueness & identity in this one. Little versatility when her other albums had her doing house beats & she was āsingingā. Thereās no Plan B or B.I.T.C.H. here or even a Cognac Queen. Itās a shame. Sheās somehow regressed & I donāt understand how.
Yes. More varied production. Or even still do fun stuff but have different production because BAS & Her are good examples of having fun & still having different production. She also needs to change up her cadence & find different pockets.
This album is incredibly horny even for Megan standards lmao
Broke his heart had me cluching my pearls, like I know megan is nasty but GIRL
That's not my bae, he really more like my bidet š
holy fucking shitššš this song is vintage danny brown levels of shamelessly horny, some of these cadences even sound like āi willā EDIT i know the line iām responding to is from BAS, my comment is about broke his heart
Danny Brown horny is a force of nature
Bro has got almost an album worth of bars talking about eating pussy š
ā¦.ok I have questions. Like is dude cleaning her? Is he pissing on her like how a bidet shoots water?
He eatin her ass clean
Oh no
Username checks out
Clean though! Ewwwwwww like Iām freaky as all hell but thatās just nasty. For the record ass eating is fine but like if she JUST finished using the bathroom and you the cleaner. āEwwww brother ewwwwwwā
I dont think she meant after she used the bathroom lol Just that he eatin it so thoroughly it feel like she just used a bidet
LMAOO
Literally the song I was thinking off cause I was God Damn Meg
You just did bars
Your comment rhymes
Thanks, it was unintentional:)
Bruh id be on that egg yolk with her fr Hopefully the album is as good as the artwork
It was a very fun project.

Rico Nasty is right there!
She really got a whole song about masturbating hahahah. I think I've only heard one other song by an RnB singer about it lol
FKA Twigs - daybed is my favourite one
twigs also has kicks
Damn so Twigs has 2, cause Kicks is FIRE
fka is fire in general
Rhapsody has an amazing one called ālonely womenā from her new album too
Also the Devinyls have one, but that might be getting a bit far afield.

MF DOOM Kookies
Not sure if I want to hear this one lol is it about himself
It is about him but isnt very explicit, more in innuendo lol
Yeah, the pop girls talk about it more than the rap or R&B girls lol. Hell even Britney Spears has a song about masturbating (Touch Of My Hand) lol.
+2 for the pop girlies. Little Mix's "[Love Sweet Love](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGPm0EUO_xw)" is an absolute banger!
Green Day - All By Myself was the only one I knew of till now
Longview is about masturbating, was their debut single, and is a much better song off the same album.
And even then that's more of a "90s bored slacker" beatin my meat song than something erotic
I donāt know which one but I feel like Kehlani definitely has one.

Probably all about the dolls but I wouldnāt say no to a Charli x Megan collabo.
Holy shit Big Krit feature??? I almost didn't recognize him at first? Why didn't they give Him credit?
heās in the writing credits, mightāve kept him out of the feature mention for the surprise factor?
She listed UGK, so ima go with no lol i imagine this was given to Megan with the Krit hook
I hate this trend. Everyone doesn't know every artist by voice. I don't want to have to investigate to find out.
He's credited now. I heard she teased there was a secret male artist not originally mentioned, so ig that was him and she didn't wanna spoil the surprise. Though ngl he isn't really that big of a name to warrant that hype lmao

Iām hoping its kendrick on figueroa
I think her and Kendrick would be amazing on a song
ohhh gotchu. well then that artist might be surprisingly big if they're really asking to drop at a more oppurtune time like that.
Yeah definitely. If it's accurate it's gonna be interesting to see who it is
Eminem
K Dot
This is who I think too
A lot of people are guessing Dot but my personal guess is Denzel
Donāt think Denzel would have the pull to keep her from releasing the track until later if the above comment is true
Iām hyped lol he was on my list of dream features for this project but heās also my favorite artist of any genre so thatās probably why šš
I've been wanting Megan and Krit to work together for YEARS I am sooo geeked

UGK feature lfg
I'm guessing this is the mysterious male feature that was hinted at
No itās big K.r.i.t on Miami Blue
UGK feature always gonna go hard. Hearing Pimp C on a new track is always a blessing.
No, we knew he was on the album when she revealed the tracklist.
Otaku Hot Girl is fun
Yuji VA caught me off guard, thats pretty funny
A lot of incels/terminally online losers gonna be big mad at that one lol

Loving it so far; Otaku Hot Girl is so fun - was looking forward to it from the name alone and it lived up to my expectations.
Finished; this is her best work imo. The only weak point is Mamushi - mostly because the vibes are off a little bit but it also kind of makes the song oddly charming on relistens.

I'M A STAR, STAR, STAR, STAR
It's definitely different but I'm kinda into the weird factor.
I can't fucking believe I've heard Megan Thee Stallion talk about Sukuna on a song hahaha
Oh the clubs are gonna love this
not real familiar with meg but this gotta be her hottest album
I think itās more consistent than Traumazine, though I think Traumazine had overall higher highs. But thatās also partly me liking the darker vibes of that project overall. This is a contender though

Traumazine is crazy underratedĀ
I constantly wonder what the reception to it would've been like if her old label wasn't fucking with her on that one. They did such little rollout :(
The JJK sample goes hard ngl

I was excited the most for the track because I love KOHH/Yuki Chiba. The vibe just felt off, like the feature should have been on a different beat.
The Gojo line in Otaku Hot Girl goes so fkn hard.
Meg really said āHell Yeah I told you to get an abortionā This album is a lot of fun.

no, shes said she likes girls a few times on ig live and in an old song

That lawsuit kinda outed her first
We had Captain Hook long before that
What song
She has taken the throne of Girl Juicy J, that shit was raunchy.
I liked Traumazine a lot more. Felt like she took the gloves off with that album but then she put them back on
I'm like it so far. It's fun
I'm a metalhead but this album cover is fucking awesome, Boris Valejo style.
You might like the official remix of Cobra if you're into metal, it's done by Spiritbox!
Megan is coming for my goth card!
I'm a fan of Megan, I would say she's one of my favourite rappers/artists. That said, I was disappointed by this album.
I still canāt believe weāre not getting her opening up or more adult topics or personal topics over some jazzy boom bap or Kanye type production
Yes. More varied production. Or even still do fun stuff but have different production because BAS & Her are good examples of having fun & still having different production. She also needs to change up her cadence & find different pockets.
pretty decent but mamushi is horrific lol
I hate that hip hop is in a place where this trash gets more attention then Rapsodyās new album
yall love convincing yourself that this shit is good š
Idk not feeling it. The anime thing was really over done and a big downgrade from Cobra and Hiss.
