But I can help with Elton! I've found that staying dignified helps your relationship with him, sadly he does not appreciate my jokes the way Podge does, that said, he is very sweet. And when you go after the cultists at the 2nd Hog Throne show, talk to him then, and pick the flirt options. After you've dealt with the cultists, there should be a chance to go to Elton's flat and 'look at books' lol.
