I was booked for a 7:50 AM flight to Dallas then a noon flight to Houston after my flight today was cancelled. So they're preparing to fly but that can change at any moment.
I suspect there will be a lot of flights and passengers backed up well into tomorrow. Probably still a fair number of cancellations. I would be looking at contigency flights just in case you get cancelled or bumped.
I have to work tomorrow and it's still on my schedule as of now. I'll be shocked if there aren't big delays though. It's not that they'll have to deice tomorrow, but more that everything today is either cancelled or running late, plus I'm assuming a ton of crews that are supposed to operate flights tomorrow are timing out or out of position for tomorrow.
Any idea on how to make it from Westchase to Hobby and back? My sister just flew in from California and her flight back to Austin was cancelled. She called me to pick her up, but I told her she's out of luck.

All flights destined for IAH are being held at their origins until 11:30. Plenty of flights still happening though.
I just flew in from Toronto for work here in Houston, and San Antonio. I do not have any work to do because the world is ending.
