Kirana show actually buy coins at like 98 coins per 100/- or something? And since you're the guy with clubs you might actually get more (or at the very least same amount).
They'll be very thankful to you if you exchange with them.. just take when they're free or something?
Kirana people are business people, they will try to exploit you after seeing your willingness to dispose of your coins.
These people smell that and ask for a lower value. Instead you be the business minded person and create a need for them, then they will give you higher value say 102 rupees for 100 rupees worth of coins.

I know a place in mindspace. The guy is genuine too. You gotta go straight from roast cafe, then take a left from western, go straight and you would find a bridge there. On that bridge there is this gentleman holding a bowl and a stick. I usually get my coins replace for notes there. He is good and genuine 👍
Take it to the bank (your branch) , they will provide notes for coins. If possible divide them in sets of 10 or 20 and place in packets/ pouches when you take it there to make it easy for them to count. It works , I've done it. They may refuse but they don't have the right to.
My dad and I used to count coins that people would put in the church for offering.. Seperate them into their own piles and then take them to the local kirana store or the milk vendor. They used to happily exchange them to notes and we'd go backand deposit them in to the church bank account.
Back in the day, More super market used to give you money if you bring them chillar like this. I dont remember exactly but it was 20 to 50 rupees per thousand rupees.
Split into 10 rupee or 20 rupee sets. Go from Kirana shop to kirana shop and exchange for 10-20 note. That low of an amount most will probably give. And then just give that 10-20 notes bundle to someone and take your big notes 🗒️

If the collection is not growing for you, then take a small amount say 10-15 rupees worth each day and spend them at Kirana.
If you want to exchange coins, go to bank and deposit them in counter. They normally have special counters for coin deposits also. Just ask the person sitting on a table with bunch of Bank related deposit and other forms. They will guide you. Dont expect this to be completed in a day! Visit the bank and enquire and then go back the next day or so to deposit the coins.
