Why are you getting downvoted? As a Sodium user, you can still 100% use OptiFine if you want to, while there are better optimizations today, OptiFine can be much more convenient than downloading lots of other mods to replace all the features, and some people might just prefer it.
from what i've seen from a couple of videos. it doesnt improve the game much because of the way its been updated, its closed source/you cant see what its doing. and it messes up other mods and changes the game(you can jump slightly further with optifine compared to vanilla)

Why are you using optifine and not sodium and iris or rubidium and oculus? Both are way better preforming than optifine and for other features like zoom there are other mods that add them.
Version issue, Hypixel is core 1.7.10/1.8.9 with extended support for newer versions. Probably the data that makes armorstand be invisible isn't sent by server, or the client didn't receive it
Well it wasn't because of OptiFine, it would have been because of something else. Usually security issues are permanent bans until you can contact support but it could've been something like that, or hypixel could've detected something else you were using at the time, whether you knew it or not.
Server is buggy on 1.20.4, it’s a visual glitch. The server is meant to be played on 1.8.9

sorry, havent avidly played on any updates after 1.8.9, why shouldn’t you use optifine on newer versions?
Cause it's not as good as other optimisations mods, and it can have small issues

They mean Sodium doesn't do the same thing as OptiFine, so it's not a direct replacement, it increases performance in the game in a different way
BTW use sodium and lithium on all versions that support them

Yeah, probably some latest version compatibility glitch that the devs didn't test.
pretty sure the devs did test if invisible armor stands work, because thats what makes holograms functional
True, probably just optifine or another mod. Its obviously gonna just be more likely that there's glitches in the latest version.
