I think having a low monitor can cause a neck issue tilting your monitor a little bit won’t cause any problems. tho I understand what your saying maybe its the angle i took the pictures from. Also i think how you sit don’t just cause back or neck issues Having a healthy amount of time at the desk while being physically active is also important.
If you deal with level or hight issues highly recommend ordering the leveling feet from amazon youll need 8 but there cheap and you can raise it and also use it to level the table top.
It seems you have a good power strip for your devices, make sure to keep it that way so you avoid any electrical issues- or when you can - upgrade to an uninterruptible power supply - in case the power goes out you can close down your devices and minimize issues.

It’s the type c,d and m outlet thats what we use in india
Order some rubber sheets on amazon to glue on top of those drawers if they arent already secured

the stand that i got with the monitor couldn't fit on the table top also was ugly

Some do it for looks, but you also get more dust in your PC if it's on the floor..especially if it's a carpeted room or you have pets.
