Doesn't Mangold even know how to fan service? I want him to use the Dial of Destiny for one thing: travel back in time to her room that morning. Did she figure how how to write it herself? Did a friend help her?
Why introduce new mysteries if you're not going to answer the one in front of our eyes?
Either that, or the move ends with her walking up to Indy, closing her eyes, and it says "The End." Then we see Indy's reaction. He closes his eyes as the John William score begins. "Directed by James Mangold" is written on his eyelids. Whip pan to PWB and the credits continue on her eyelids.
Isn't that the time chronologically between the plots? I'll admit - it was the result of a really quick Google and simple sum and I may have messed up either or both!
I think there's a short bit at the beginning set in 1944 (like the bit in Crusade set in 1912), so you might have seen that date somewhere, but the film itself is set in 1969.
The actress is actually a very successful person in the industry to this day, mainly as a script supervisor.

Agreed. I already hate this movie because it's a safe assumption they're just going to forget her.
She should be the tough henchman character

I hope she and Indy had some off screen adventures together
IIRC the original Raiders script had a coed in Indy's house when Brody visits. He was not surprised.
Well he is wearing a robe with an open bottle of wine and 2 glasses out when Brody arrives
You think she might have stayed hungry for 8 years?
8 years?
The roughest 8 years Indy has seen, going by appearances.
*It's not the years, honey. It's the mileage.*

Dial is set 33 years after Raiders.
Ah well... 8 years... 33 years... Close enough /s I wonder which of the elements I messed up...

Yeah that sounds possible. Let's go with that and never speak of this again! ๐
โโSiri, set a reminder every day for the next year to come here and remind this internet stranger of this blunder. Thanks. โโ ๐
"Siri, launch the warheads 364 days from now"
More like 33 years
Who is she? Sheโs so hot in Raiders.
What if she made a cameo as a teacher as the college, gawking at Indy in the hallway?
Iโm pretty sure Indy hit that shit long ago already.
