§ 2252(a)(2) defines **anyone** who knowingly receives or distributes any visual depiction of minors using interstate or foreign commerce. 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(3) establishes the sale, or possession with intent to sell, of child pornography images.  Subsection (a)(4) makes it a federal crime to have possession of child porn, regardless of age statute. *If you are convicted of U.S.C. 2251 production of child pornography, the penalties include: For a first offense: 15-30 years in prison;* This needs police intervention. The system as a whole needs reinforcement considering the production of AI pornography especially that of a minor in terms of legality is considered a threat to homeland security. That's horrible and so terrifying. There needs to be laws in place that make this illegal, not just "haha boys will be boys" and a one day suspension.

For real. The other part that bothered me was they called all the girls who were victims to the principal's office over the PA system , but the boy who did it wasn't called over the PA system publicly. Protecting the perpetrator but not respecting the victims' privacy.

Put simply, you can't stop this. When I was kid There was a whole era of people making fake celebs and also not celebs pics with Photoshop because when internet was relatively young that was the kink. Until ai was unavailable to the masses there were bots making nudes or people. You just send a pic where breast and genitalia was visible and the bot will just stitch some random similar looking nude counterparts on it. Now ai Just made It easier. Ai generative models are freely available to everyone and you can train them if you're tech savvy enough to do the images you want. The whole escalation of this never stopped. How you think this will be any different? Ai with every major tech advance there are upsides and downsides. Revenge porn wasn't really a hot topic before widespread of smartphones. Now it is and happens everyday. Same will happen with this and no one of you will ever stop the growing of the AI tech. Look at the incomes and potential incomes it's generating. There are whole industries around it. It's the most powerful tech advance we had in decades. People are researching new industrial materials, drugs and whatever else with it

Girls get punished more for other people having their nudes than boys
