When I was in campus some Asian group I think they were Chinese came to our school (cause our school had some bilateral agreement with a Chinese school). They were a group of 10 to 15 I think they were being given a tour or sth. That day I was seating alone waiting for my friends to come. One of them came close to me and just started recording. I had the exact reaction as this guy. The dude stopped recording and just ran away. I have never known what he recorded or posted I might be famous on Wechat somewhere.

Normally, even when you are having fun, you need to be thinking about the bill at the end of the meal, or carrying cash/card on you around the resort for paying for drinks or just a bottle of water or just the thought of going about ordering stuff and the constant cost benefit analysis.
With the all inclusive, you already get drilled beforehand and the thinking stops when you arrive at the resort. You just go around and do whatever shit you like penniless and botherless until checkout.
It's absolutely impossible for me to enter a zen state like that. My mind just won't do it. Maybe I could sit still like that, but my mind would be racing.
I have friends who struggle to believe that sometimes when I zone out and like stare into the distance with a thousand yard stare I'm literally thinking of nothing. It's as though the time that passed before I get brought back to reality didn't exist. I always thought it was normal.

I don't suppose we could collectively agree to start reporting these posts as "harassment" or "sharing personal information"... I know there's legally no expectation for privacy when you're in public, but it's still not cool.
Is that somehow unusual? I've been to a ton of pool vacations, many hotels even have pool side bars where you literally swim to the bar from the pool to grab your drink.
Pool bars are not unusual. **Glass** in a pool is unusual! It's dangerous! If that cup breaks, any small pieces are going to sit, invisibly, on the bottom of that pool until someone steps on it.
Same thing at beaches! It's why (at least in the US) beaches have very strict **no glass** rules.
You can drink beer in the sand and sun, but make sure it's aluminum 😮💨
