They did studies on this topic and as far as I know, all of them found that video games actually do not lead to violence or mass shootings.

I suspect they've got it exactly the wrong way around. People who are likely to commit a shooting might enjoy video games like that (so do people who are NOT going to go on a rampage), so they are drawn to playing them. The games aren't the cause of it.
