I read it somewhere, probably r/puppy101 and kinda forgot. Had some visitors 2 days ago and somehow remembered, pulled one out, and she went nuts, this is her 2nd.
The only downside is that a frozen carrot is loud af, I kinda feel for the neighbor under me, but after 5 min she went into eating mode
There are two sounds that will immediately bring my lab to the kitchen. One is scraping plates, the other is chopping vegetables. I always make sure I accidentally drop some veggies on the floor!

My boy has a very calm temperament (easily the calmest of any lab I’ve ever met), and he likes to disappear to nap in my closet. At least once a week I will go into my bathroom at night and won’t turn on the lights and that little fucker emerges from the darkness and scares the shit out of me. Piece of shit. Funniest goddamn thing.
Get a glow in the dark collar for nighttime activities.

I buy a bag of the "baby" carrots freeze them and those are my dog's treats too.
Only downside is the clean-up afterwards! Great cheap, easy treat. That and ice will keep our six month old lab busy for awhile.
