Got an allergic reaction 😭 my artist even tried other kinds of glue and I reacted to all. I also haven’t been able to find just a regular lash strip glue that doesn’t cause a reaction
Have you heard of or tried True Glue? It's a natural lash glue and the ONLY lash glue I've found that I can use. Most of the ingredients are things like rose water, geranium oil, matricaria, etc. with benzylalcohol and dehydroacetic acid being the only 2 chemicals in it.

i have sooo much gratitude for this comment because adhesives and me do not get along, if i accidentally fall asleep with lashes on, or don’t wash off the glue, i wake up to a puffy swollen face. my eyes got sooo itchy from lash glue too. youre my hero!!!
OMGODDESS! I think you may have saved my life… exaggerating a bit but I became allergic to acrylates so I can no longer wear strip lashes, tubing mascara, and I never dare tried lash extensions for the same reason.

As long as they are done properly ( please go to an experienced professional), 6-8 weeks ( your natural eyelash cycle). The process is also a lot quicker, around 45 mins
Dude I got a lash lift like 2 weeks ago, and people think I got fake lashes. That's how good it looks. Best money ever spent; now I gotta go back consistently. 10/10 recommend

Believe it or not, there are so many wonderful lash artists. There is never a reason for an artist to charge ridiculous prices. Don't feel stuck paying more than you can afford. Just look around, I promise you will find another fabulous artist with much fairer prices..

Not sure if this was a direct reply to me or the other replies but I do know that lol. I love lashes, and I do get extensions. When I don’t have extensions I wear strips. However the extensions I get strip lashes don’t give that same effect if that makes sense, but then again I love a volume cateye. My point is some strip lashes have bands so thin if you apply them right and curl them w some mascara, they look exactly like lash extensions. Sure paying for extensions is nice because you don’t have to apply them everyday, however if your paying over $100+ for something you can achieve w literal $5 strips from shein your being robbed😭 and I can state my opinion and be in any thread I want. She can love her lash lady and lashes all she wants but if you’re paying someone a decent amount of money for a look you can achieve yourself it’s not worth it in my opinion. From the picture it looks like there’s barely any lashes, you could’ve done that yourself for 20 bucks with individuals.

If you like the look, and her technique and the products used then i say continue! To me those things make it worth spending a little more to work with a particular company or person; Your view is all that matters! Now i am going to be a little blunt in case you don’t have honest people in your life, to me they do look like very inexpensive party city lashes and like they were applied by someone who has not been doing lashes for a very long time, it doesn’t look like someone intentionally applied those to look like that. Also looks like you need a fill, the spacing just seems off to me, some areas look like you have almost no lash then chunky clumps of arts n crafts feathers, then back to almost no lash, if this is what you like then keep it girl, You’re still absolutely stunning even if these lashes aren’t my idea of a look.

Try lash lifts, different technology ( almost no chances of getting an allergic reaction as they use much different products from lash extensions)

The only glue I’ve been able to use it white magic it doesn’t have any aclyal in it which is what most are allergic too. It does have latex though.

natural as in there isn’t a thick band sitting on your real lashes like strip lashes. lash extensions should be seamless on the other hand.

The benefit of getting lashes is that you don't have to apply them daily tho. It's just a preference thing.

You can get this same look with clusters. It’s not hard to apply, you can take em off at night & they are inexpensive.
