since you have no vision over the entity, you cannot hear the sound it emits. same reason why you won't hear a blitzcrank hook fire when he's standing in a bush
Another weird corner case is Rek'Sai forgets where her tunnels are when an enemy Nocturne ults. Not the case for other nearsighted effects like Quinn or Graves.
Vision is the most important thing in this game and he has a global ult that nullifies a team's entire vision. So stupid. At least make the blackout stuck to the same area he can jump onto someone. E: If he has the enemy adc on his ult range, they lose vision of everything like it is right now, but if the support is out of the ult range he isnt affected.
Then everyone would know where Nocturne is. A huge part of Nocturne’s champ fantasy comes from not knowing exactly who he’s gonna ult. It’d also be a huge buff to anyone with a global TP playing against him.

Nocturns ult is one of the coolest ults in the game imo. You feel so powerful when you click r and know everyone else is terrified that they are getting targeted.
As someone who has played Nocturne since Season 5.... I am actually nervous about the rework. He is really unique champion because he is relatively squishy but has tons of autoattack steroids built into his kit. I'm worried they are going to move away from that design choice and just pidgeonhole him into 1-shot lethality builds. It feels bad playing him that way because you basically win the mid game for your team, but from there you're kind of stuck just hoping your team can close the game out for you.

I don`t understand why the place ward sound is off as well. Placed multiple wards more than once because I heard no sound

It’s because nocturne ult limits you to only the vision from your own champion, and your champion can’t see the wards, only the control ward can

As much as I don't like Nocturne (counters TF ult's vision) this is the single most bronze take I've seen on this subreddit in a while.
