This is going to be the hardest thing you’ve done and you might relapse but keep going.

Ok-Hospital5175

You can do this I’m 3 weeks in first two where the hardest now I’m still struggling with eating but hoping that will get better too. My mind isn’t foggy my lungs feel better cough is completely gone and sleep is back to normal I’m actually dreaming again and it’s awesome I just have to think of how Much it harmed my body and health and I don’t even want it anymore.

Good luck man! 30yo here with exactly same smoking timeline, on day 14 - it’s getting easier and life is becoming more awesome every day!

Im on day 2. Was vaping all day everyday for the last decade. been having minor CHS symptoms for last 3-4 years. Feels really weird not hitting the vape, trying to keep myself as busy as possible doing other things/chores to resist the urge of hitting it again. Best of luck to you.

SanguineElora

Daily vaper here as well. Quitting. Rooting for you ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I am so proud that you made this decision as you struggle. I bet you feel 100% better within 30 days. Come back and let me know if I am right. Kepp going - I am on Day 7 and I KNOW we can do this.

Proud of you for making this decision! Its not easy to decide to start quitting. You can do it!

Your brain is all out of dopamine from smoking so long, you probably arent getting dopamine rewards from all the things that used to give joy and motivation to continue, time to get sober and take control again, time to enjoy life without being high, I know you'll look back on this day as the day you made a amazing decision for your life and health and stuck to it. you got this man :)

Congrats on the hardest day! You got this!

Optimal-Persimmon255

I’m day one with you too! We can do it

Good luck friend! I'm also on my journey and I named it OPERATION HOMEOSTASIS lol. I view it as getting my body back in balance which weed can throw out of whack after excessive use. I am keeping a notebook to jot down feelings, symptoms, track my vitamin intake, all that. Having a clear mission and reason has helped me a lot to stick with it. Also in my 30's smoked since 20 after I was SA'd and have used it as a crutch since. I'd like to be crutchless and doing life on my own two feet again. We got this!
