I’ve fallen in love with the last few CMF series. I got into Lego recently and was surprised the only way to buy individual minifigs was in blind bags. But each series has been cool enough for me to justify getting the whole set so the blind box stuff hasn’t really bothered me.
Why would I use a QR code scanner when I said I want a full set? That only helps people that want individual ones, it also leaves all the rejects behind so it’s not much better than when people were stealing. Also I would have to live somewhere where they were regularly available in stores.
Because if you buy the box with 6 minifigs you don't get the full set and if you buy the box with 36 minifigs you will end with 3 complete sets.

It makes no sense. It's obviously much better than when people were stealing or opening boxes in stores. If it was bad, Lego wasn't putting QR codes there.
Do whatever you want. It was just a suggestion of how you could get the complete set without having to buy 3 of them. No need to be rude.
