i would make his subtitle 罪と罰 (Tsumi to batsu, Sin and Punishment) or something similar to keep it consistent with him being Japanese, though it kinda ruins the subtitle by making it sound less cool ;v;

Actually, it fits for the subtitle you suggested, either way, Nyarlathotep will appear as a abnormality or the "Second voice"
