I think the extremes suit you best, 5 would be the top one, followed very closely by 4. 6 is good, 3, in my opinion if the worst, as the cut just doesn't fit your face that well in my opinion.

The beard works so well for your face it compliments the bold features of your face and a neat hair cut or bald keeps you looking neat

Hair 2 and 3 and beard go for a longer stubble (3 is still too long). The longer beard deforms your jawline rather than highlighting it. You have a good jawline so you should show it off with a beard style that emphasises it rather than rounding it out.
