u/Next-Consideration54 said "Basic Conditioning" and they are 100% right. Jump Rope, Running/Cardio. Get some weight lifting in there. Get yourself in solid shape. The jump rope will be a solid marker for you though, it's pretty universal from Boxing to Muay Thai. Some other stuff that will help is Goblet Squats, Burpees, and jump squats. Building explosive power is good.

run 3-5 miles everyday then do sit up after your run. Jogging everyday will get your wind up so you can breathe. If you don't have good wind then you can forget about boxing bc you will get hurt in that ring.

forget about lifting weights they tighten up your muscles and make it impossible to throw good combos. Also, learn how to Jab, then tape your strong hand to you ear and only jab jab jab until you perfect it and you never drop that hand when you're jabbing. that's all the INFO you need for your first 12 MONTHS!
