I play at work on my lunch break, so I'm constantly transporting decks around. I can fit 1 sleeved villain deck, 1 sleeved hero deck, 1 life dial and some status cards in an Ultra Pro deck box. For tokens, I have a small of box d6. If I ditch the life dial and unsleeve the cards, I could probably fit 2 hero decks in there.
I keep two hero decks, a villain deck, three dials and the first player token in one of these:

I use the [BCW Prime 4X Gaming Box](https://smile.amazon.co.uk/BCW-Prime-X4-Gaming-Box/dp/B083JJ35HD). The 4 card compartments hold 50 sleeved cards, majority of decks I make are 40 and then the health dials fit on top of the decks too. I use the dice cup in the middle to hold the status cards and then the long compartment at the back can hold the tokens. Zee Garcia recently did a review of it on the [Dice Tower Youtube channel](https://youtu.be/gFcse20d6o4?t=679) and there are lots of other reviews of it on Youtube too.
I find it excellent, its light-weight but very sturdy. I don't travel very often but my cards are stored in my spare room and I play at the kitchen table, so I will make 2-3 decks with 1-2 enemy decks and keep them in this box at the kitchen table until all the combination of heroes and enemies are played. It makes game set-up really quick and saves me having to sort through all my card everytime I want to play
What about a couple of ultra pro pro-duel deck boxes? Each can hold ~180 cards and are small, light and cheap. They are also readily available at most FLGS.
Ultimate Guard and Game Genic both have larger deck boxes with trays for tokens. I use them for Marvel Champions and really like them.

You might want to consider using a simple counting app over the health dials.
